- Record two videos:

  • Record a 60min (or more) video of your physical practice.

    Follow the lesson plan you have made for yourself on p200-205 or following the lesson plan of the Physical Practice videos. You must cover most of the poses from the whole manual. Use modifications when needed.

  • Record yourself teaching and demonstrating the pranayama technique viewed in this Module.

  • Fill the pdf pages as you are watching the lectures.
