Equipment:

  • 1x yoga mat
  • 1x yoga bolster
  • 1x yoga belt
  • 2x small blocks – dimensions: 23x12x7.5cm
  • 1x large block – dimensions: 30x20x5cm

Prerequisites

  • A minimum of six months practising any types of yoga
  • Be ready to make yoga part of your routine

Attendance

In case you need to miss some weekends, we are recording the lectures so you can review them at a later time to cover your hours.

To reduce the long hours during the weekend, you will need to cover 22 hours in person by joining the studio classes which are included in the course fees. In case you cannot attend, you can send us a video practicing a class from our on-demand system.

Course Fees

  • Early-Bird registration fee is €2,000.00 if paid in full before October 20th.
  • The basic fee is €2,400.00, to be paid two weeks before the course starts.
  • Another option is to pay in 5 instalments of €500.00. 1st instalment, at least 2 weeks before the course starts. And then every 2 weeks.
  • A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required (part of the course fees) to guarantee your place.

All payments are accepted in cash, cheque, or bank transfer.

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started, with no exceptions. They include all tuition and mentoring, the “Course Manual Diary”, unlimited access to our on-demand system for the duration of the course, 3 studio classes a week and course materials.

Am I good enough for the course?
There are many ways to practice Yoga that can suit everyone. Some of us practice Yoga to move more freely, some want to develop specific poses, others want to relax, find peace of mind, and even more. The course covers several styles to be confident with each one and mix them. The most important in our course is to find what is for you.

If I miss one weekend, can I be certified?
If you miss one weekend, we are recording the lectures so you can review them at a later time. If miss too many weekends (3+), there is the possibility to undertake the lost hours on the following course at the cost of an extra fee which is a pro-rata of the following course fees. Subject to availability.

What about there is another lockdown like the Covid-19?
Fortunately, during the coronavirus crisis, we were able to provide excellent online sessions with interactive and virtual activities and resources to keep our training standard to the same quality. Also, you can check our online course, enabling you to learn from the comfortability of your own house at a discounted price.

Will be able to teach after the course?
Yes, you will be able to teach straight after the course. You just need to get public liability insurance.

Is this Teacher Training for flexible people?
Our method is practical and progressive. You will be able to develop during the course to your own requirements.
Yoga is not only about flexibility, will explore more this during the course.

Am I too old for this course?
If you are already a Yoga practitioner, you know the rejuvenating and youth benefits of Yoga. It’s important to know yourself so you can learn to practice according to your own needs. We are never too old to learn.
