Yoga Basics is a 4 classes/days course to introduce the fundamentals of yoga. Everyone can join the course even if you already have experience in yoga. It's great to refresh the basics from time to time. After completing the four classes, you can move on to the next course: Root & Release.
Level: New to Yoga / Beginners
Intensity: Gentle - Moderate
Yoga is an excellent way to improve mobility and flexibility. With easy and gentle stretches, you will lengthen your muscles, and become more aware of your body and how it moves, leading to better body alignment and posture. You will build strength and improve overall physical fitness. The combination of physical movement, mindfulness, and controlled breathing promotes well-being.
Level: New to Yoga / Beginners
Intensity: Gentle - Moderate
Root & Release course is perfect if you are new to yoga or beginner level and want to start practising. In these classes, we strengthen, stretch, and develop our body awareness. We go through the basic yoga poses and set the foundation for the techniques and alignment necessary to progress and be safe in yoga.
After finishing the 20 classes, you can move on to the next course: Root & Release 2.0
Level: Some experience
Intensity: Moderate
Root & Release 2.0 is a bridge between "Root & Release" and "Strength & Stability". You need to have completed the "Root & Release" course beforehand or have practised a minimum of 2-4 months of any type of yoga. The "Root & Release 2.0" class moves at a faster pace than "Root & Release". After completing all the course classes, you may move on to the next course: Strength & stability.
Level: Experienced
Intensity: Moderate - Intense
To enjoy this course, you need to have experience in yoga, and it requires some degrees of strength and flexibility. These classes could be very challenging for some people. If you have no experience in yoga, practice the courses with "New to Yoga / Beginner" levels to start with. If you have some knowledge in yoga and are still developing strength and flexibility, those classes are appropriate. Just follow the modifications for your level.
After completing all the course classes, you may move on to the next course: Power Flow.
Level: Advanced
Intensity: Intense
This course has been designed for advanced or experienced practitioners. It is necessary to have taken at least 6 classes of "Strength & Stability" before attending this course. It is a challenging and strong course, moving at a fast pace. It's necessary that you completely understand the use of body biomechanics, body support in different yoga poses, and has 100% awareness of the spine and joint alignment to avoid injuries.

"Flow Yoga Lv 1" classes are sequencing yoga postures that are easy to follow and help you develop your balance, flexibility, strength and coordination. Perfect for those who have some experience in yoga. We recommend having completed the "Root & Release" and "Root & Release 2.0" classes before moving to "Flow Yoga Lv1".
Level: Experienced - Intermediate
Intensity: Moderate - Intense
"Flow Yoga Level 2" classes are sequencing yoga postures that are challenging and will help you develop your balance, flexibility, strength and coordination. Perfect for those who are experienced or intermediate in yoga. We recommend having completed the "Root & Release", "Root & Release 2.0", and "Flow Yoga Lv1" before moving to "Flow Yoga Lv2".

Intensity: Gentle - Moderate
Short and effective yoga sessions for those whose time is essential. We advise to have some knowledge in yoga before attempting those classes, a few Root & Release classes are recommended before attempting this course.
Level: New to Pilates - Beginner

Pilates Basics is a 4 classes/days course to introduce the fundamentals of core strength. Everyone can join the course even if you already have experience in yoga and Pilates. It's great to refresh the basics from time to time. After completing the four classes, you can move on to the next course: Power Pilates.

Intensity: Moderate - Intense
Power Pilates are dynamic and energetic classes to maintain the spine's proper alignment, with easy to perform movements that require full contraction of the core muscles. These classes will boost your understanding of the biomechanics of the upper body and the connection to your core muscles while strengthening them. They will also help to alleviate back pain and ache.

30 min Pilates are short versions of Power Pilates sessions. We advise having done some Power Pilates classes before attempting those classes.
