Pregnancy Yoga

It’s a 4-week course helping you release tension and ache. It also provides a safe and peaceful environment to explore the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy.

You will be in good hands as Eleanor has the expertise of an ex-mid-wife, ex-nurse and yoga teacher.

What to bring: a Yoga mat, a Yoga bolster, a small block and a blanket. You may purchase the yoga bolster and block at the studio.
