Restorative Yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of Yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation by holding comfortable positions for long periods. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation and relaxation practice that aims to induce deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while maintaining awareness and consciousness. While being distinct practices, they complement each other effectively and enhance the overall relaxation experience.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra suit people of all fitness levels, including beginners and those with limited mobility.

Cancellation Policy

We are operating a 7-day cancellation policy for our courses and workshops. If you are unable to attend the workshop, make sure you are cancelling at least 7 days before the workshop to get a fee refund.
