Yoga can boost our immune system

With the season changing, also our mood is changing. It is a great time to boost our immune system, keep us motivated, and maintain our body and mind healthy.

Join our Yoga Boost min-retreat, 3 hours of deep practice, starting with energising breathwork, joint mobilisation, face yoga, and gentle yoga to release muscle tensions, ending with profound relaxation and meditation.

We will stimulate deeply our nervous, respiratory, circulation, endocrine and immune systems.
Our body and mind need time to adapt to the season, and a good boost will help us balance.

Dates & Time

  • Sat Mar 30, from 9am to 12pm for all practitioners, including beginners

What to Bring?

  • Your Yoga mat
  • A bottle of water
  • A cosy blanket, for the relaxation at the end

Workshop Fees

  • €40 (plus 2.8% credit card fee, no extra fee if paid in Cash or Revolute)

Cancellation Policy

We are operating a 7-day cancellation policy for our courses and workshops. If you are unable to attend the workshop, make sure you are cancelling at least 7 days before the workshop to get a fee refund.
