Yoga Foundations Workshop

One day full of tips to positively change your yoga practice. Feel more confident doing Yoga by yourself and in class.

What is involved:

Learn to have a better posture in our daily activities and Yoga practice. During the day, we will visually explore the core muscles, feeling and activating them to improve and maintain body alignment. How to use basic Yoga poses daily to improve spine mobility. Body activation during the stretches, passive or active. Understanding flexibility and knowing what to feel in our muscles and joints while stretching. Understand the relation between the nervous system and the breath to balance our mental and physical side.

Prerequisites

  • About 2 months practising any type of Yoga

What to Bring?

  • Your Yoga mat
  • A cosy blanket, for the relaxation at the end
  • A pen and a notebook
  • A water bottle/coffee cup that can be closed and snacks

Course Fees

  • €100 for active members
  • €120 for non-members

How to Apply

Fill out our Online Application Form. We will come back to you to confirm that your application has been received and request you to pay the workshop fees.

Once we receive your payment we will send you a receipt and confirm that your place is secured.

Cancellation Policy

We are operating a 7-day cancellation policy for our courses and workshops. If you are unable to attend the workshop, make sure you are cancelling at least 7 days before the workshop to get a fee refund.
